Celebrating Like it’s 1882 – Beautiful Booze

[ad_1]

With Thanksgiving coming up next week I’ve partnered with Korbel; producers of America’s favorite California champagne, to bring you this delicious punch that’s perfect for serving at your next event. Korbel Brut is exactly what you’re looking for to put that finishing touch on your batched drinks this holiday season, with sparkling aromas of citrus and cinnamon.

With a dry, fruity palate consisting of orange, lime, and a hint of strawberry we wanted to keep the freshness alive, so we added pineapple and lemon to our punch and used an herbaceous honey syrup to bring some sweetness back to the base. By using the traditional méthode champenoise bottle fermentation process, and harvesting the grapes for their Brut around two weeks earlier than is typical for still wines, Korbel retains so many of the delicate, crisp, bright flavors of the grapes.
